"Found similar coverage with geico for half the cost. They just kept raising our rates over and over . They dont even try to lower your rates. I feel they take advantage of long time loyal customers. "PATHETIC BEHAVIOR BY WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL IN HER INDUSTRY!!!

This is the absolute WORST agency I have ever dealt with! My fiance was hit in the middle of Edwin miller in front of the state police barracks back March 4th...as of the moment of this review 5/1/26 neither he nor I have heard a single word from this locations representatives. I personally emailed Pam Neely asking for her to reach out to one of us, and to this day neither of us have heard a single word from her or the agency in its entirety! Our vehicle was totaled, the agent (a friend of the family) messed up and had no rental reimbursement set up on the policy, the other driver was on a suspended license, with a questionable policy of their own. We sought help to get things moving, never got a call back from anyone except the 3rd party adjuster, who btw was rude, disrespectful and added to the stress of the situation! We literally handled every part of the claim ourselves, and had no clue that was even possible! We had gap insurance and they requested a document only Pam's company could provide and once again no contact what so ever made to either of us from Pam, the agent Devin, or state farm at all! We again emailed Pam asking to just CALL us. NOPE! Not one call during this entire event! We are now out THOUSANDS and STILL she has never had the respect of 1 little effortless call! Never EVER have I ever experienced or even heard of someone experiencing something like this from their OWN insurance company. But here we are 2 months after the initial claim and no one will speak to either of us! PATHETIC BEHAVIOR!
So if you're lucky enough to not need to ever make a claim, they may be okay for coverage... but God forbid you need them, because they will not be there for you!"

"Was attempting to speak with another agency that I had already been working with. Called them by mistake and was told that this *was* the agency I was working with. They were going to let me purchase policies from them and everything until I realized and hung up on them. Would not recommend this agency as it they have some seriously shady business practices."

"From the time I moved to WV until now, I have not had one accurate interaction with them. I've never met Pam, as she has not ever been in the office when I was there, nor has she ever contacted me.

Her team are either inexperienced, not motivated or just incompetent. They are very nonchalant and have messed up every transaction I have had with them.

They screwed up my transition from another state and I went without insurance over the weekend after both I and the other agent called them numerous times to make the transition.

I attempted to change beneficiaries (in person) and Devin did not follow the correct process -- I received a notice in the mail that the change was not complete and I had to fill out another form and take it to him.

When reviewing my life policy, he could not explain the higher premium that I would have next year, but he did say I would not get a notice of it to change my payments - and thus default on the policy. He said he wrote down to call me, but in light of all the other mishaps, I'm not going to take that chance.

I'm changing agents this week. Despite her huge billboards, Pam is not "here to make life go right"."
